Hafeez Ahmed (New Jersey) - '2010 Hajj

Great Hajj Experience!
My name is Hafeez Ahmed and I am from New Jersey. I travel with HAJJ-USA of New York for the Hajj of 2010 and I had a good trip with this company. Brother Faheem advised us correctly before the trip and there were no disappointments. The flight arrangements was good. The hotel I stayed in Azizia before the hajj was good and the hotel in Madinah was also good. All hotels clean and food was available everyday.

Brother Faheem prepare me and wife about waiting time with the bus when we arrive at Jeddah airport so it did not bother me much. Walking from Mena to Jamaraat is something that everyone has to do but some of the streets were closed and we had to do extra walking. I advice one thing to all Hajjis, listen to and take advice from Brother Faheem before the Hajj. He plans correctly for the benefit of the whole group. Shaik Adly give us good Islamic guidance. Thanks to Allah. Me and my wife had a very good Hajj and we are happy. Call me anytime (917) 435-9816 (917) 435-9816.

Benjamin Dedic (Ohio) – '2010 Hajj

Unforgettable Hajj in Excellence!
Organizers Fahim and Imam Sheikh Adly have fulfilled their promises that they gave on the web page www.hajjusa.com as well as during the on-line session before the Hajj has even begun. They gave a lot of good advices and sent material that has helped a lot, Alhamdulillah, with the Hajj preparation.

Staying in Makkah in the hotel Shuhadah was according to its 5 stars: close to Harem (10 minutes walk at most and if you leave before Adhan then it was less than 10 minutes), great food, clean rooms, and good room service. Azizia was good too; of course not 5 stars hotel, however, it was close to Minna, which is very important during the actuall Hajj time (about one hour walking from Harem, which is also good; cabs are available but sometimes pricy).

Everyone should understand that staying in tends of Minnah, Arafat, and outside in Muzdelifa is something that all of the hujjaj have to do. I was reading some of the reviews from other Hajj groups and websites and cannot understand why they complain about the tends, food, etc., etc. Our tends; however, were great class (air-conditioned, enough supplies of water and food). Hot tee, coffee, rice with chicken and gyro in the middle of desert and in a tend...please, what else do you want :)

Medina was another beautiful experience. This Hajj group is very experienced and they know their job and in which order to do the different parts of the hajj package: they took us first to Mekkah and we have spend 5-6 beautiful days before the actual Hajj has started. Enough time to explore, do ibadaat, and be near Kaba for a while. At that time a lot of people were in Medina and city of Medina was very crowded. On the other hand, when Hajj was over and most of people were leaving, brother Fahim and Sheikh Adly (may Allah bless them and their families) took us to Medina that wasn't crowded and we were able to enjoy our staying there as well. Again, they are very experienced and know their job.

Nevertheless, food in Medina was even better than in Makah (good surprises didn't end just like that). Finally, we had a very emotional farewell in Medina.

Sheik Adly gave excellent classes on Hajj rules as well as general lectures about different topics of deen. He was most of the time with us (Makkah, Medina). All together, my experience was a beautiful Hajj and an emotional farewell. Brother Fahim, Hajj organizer, was always around with advices.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to email imaanfirst@gmail.com

Benjamin (Abu Ismail).

May Allah except our Hajj and invite all Muslims to experiance the beuty of this 5th pillar of Islam.

Assalamu Alaikom WRWB.

Ted Anderson (Washington, DC) – '2010 Hajj

As salaamu alaikum, this was my first Hajj (insh'Allah) it will not be my last. I pray if Allah blesses me with another opportunity, Hajj USA is the company I would use. Yes transportation was not the greatest, but moving around in the city of Mecca was not the greatest (very congested)... I felt the manner inwhich Brother Fahim ran his company was in a very professional and informative manner... I saw member of my group having unreal expectations as to the movement from one sight location to the next (given that we were informed from the onset that there maybe major delays with the bus service)... I took each obstacle as Allah's test of my "patients" (and believe me, you will be tested)... Brother Fahim and Shayk Adly make a dynamic duo (...so much so that I observed member of other groups joining in on some of the daily lectures)...Fahim if you are reading this, Thank-you again for the experience (easing of the mind, in conducting my Umrah and Hajj)... Charles Broadfield (Virginia) – '2010 Hajj

Great service and Spiritual Guidance!
The company was one of the most honest vendors I have encountered. They were very upfront on services cost, amenities and related features. They were patient with Hajji's who were shopping for excellent services and reasonable cost. The package I used would have cost 20% more with a competitor but with less less amenities and related religious features.

Several salient factors for slecting Hajj-USA were: (1) Responsiveness to inquiry, (2) patience in discussion and comparison of their packages (without a hard sell or badgering), (3) Current and top-rated Hajj Preparation classes by an Islamic Scholar of great repute, (4) Flexibility to please customers (HajjI) without hassling over Who's Right or Wrong ... Service was both their motto and carried out in their behavior.

In all, they make this initial Hajj a memorable and rewarding religious experience for me. The group they assembled was a hallmark of cooperation, congeality and religous ferver.

This company, embodied in its management and spiritural guide helped me develope a sence of Taqwa and closeness to Allah Ta'ala by their own spirituality and sense of Ummah ...3:103 "And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allah and be not divided among yourselves, and remember Allah"s Favour on you for you were enemikes one to another but He joined your hearts together, so that m, by His Grace, you became brethen (in Islamic Faith)...Thus All makes His Ayat clear to you, that you may be guided." This trip made this aya clearer to me and I think also for the entire group. I pray that my next Hajj will be with Hajj-Usa for their wonderful satisfaction of the letter and spirit of Hajj as set forth in Quranic law, tradition and Hadith. Abdelouahad Hardizi (Austin, Texas) – ‘2007 Hajj and ‘2009 Hajj

I travelled with Hajj-USA of New York twice for the Hajj and both times I was very satisfied with their arrangements and program. Flight was well organized, hotels were well organized, food was good and spiritual guidance was good.

My advice to all intended Hajjis. Prepare for unforeseen circumstances like "waiting time for passport clearances" at various points, long bus lines and unusual delays at Hajj offices. It will be tiresome but patience is required.

In my honest opinion, this company delivers whatever they promise. I had a wonderful Hajj experience with them. I have no complaints.

Group Leaders Brother Faheem and Shaikh Adly is very organized. They managed the group very well and delivered with superb qualities.

I am happy with the services of Hajj-USA of New York and I hope to go again with them by the will of Allah.

Sheriff Lee (Indiana) - '2009 Hajj

Months before our departure, I found almost everything I need to know about the Hajj by just reading through the website: Hajjusa.com.

The lodging were excellent both in Mekka (Shuhada) and in Medina (Taiba) were at 5 minutes working distance from the Holy Mosques. Excuse my spelling for the hotels. It may be a little off.

The food was high quality and hygienic. At Medina, we had free internet access with the possibility to borrow a laptop from the hotel.

Weeks before our departure, we had several online chat sessions to clarify any religious and organizational issue.

Sheihk Adly, our spiritual, was a very knowlegeable and helps us in a daily basis perform all the Hajj and Umrah rites.

Brother Fahim was also exceptionnally helpful for the organization.

Sheikh Adly and Brother Fahim were very available during the whole trip, sharing with us our lodging.

At Mekka, the organization hired two residents to help run errands.

Everything the organization has promised us, they delivered.

MD Reazul Chowdhury (Tennesee) – '2008 Hajj

A great cost effective Hajj service based on Quran and Sunnah
Assalamualikum to All.
First, may Allah accept the effort of Hajjusa for the help and guidance it is providing to the North American Muslim Community. Pls. make dua so that Allah accepts our Hajj. I don't consider Hajjusa as a business entity rather I consider them as an organization dedicated to help support the Muslims "Hajj make easy".

Second, Alhamdulillah I found their website as one of the best in terms of clarity and detail. Besides that, I found the information on time too.

Third, Br. Fahim (Admin head) is very prompt in communication. Br. Sheikh Adli (Amir of the group) is one of the best Islamic scholars in North America. Both of them are down to the earth person. You can talk to Br. Fahim about any issue during your trip including personal health; and he tries beyond his means and capacities to help support you in the best possible way. I learned so much about Islam (not only about Hajj, many other issues) from Br. Adli during that trip, I would love to spend time with him whenever I get any opportunity. Br. Adli is also open to any discussion.

Fourth, those who think this is a business, I would say for them that (based on my experience and understanding) Hajjusa fulfilled their entire contractual obligation (and provided more than what they promised).

Fifth, Hajjusa mentioned in their website that -"No food will be provided in Mina (during Hajj days) except Fruits and drinks." Alhamdulillah, they provided fruits and drinks. They have also provided us with at least two meals in Mina which were extra.

Sixth, some people mentioned about the last night in Macca before leaving for Madina. I read the info from Hajjusa website/webcast (General info, itinerary, on line lecture as a prep for Hajj by Br. Adli and Br. Fahim etc) and I understood correctly that "that last night in Macca, we will be in transition and spend the night either in Haram or some meeting place near haram or in the Bus towards Madina", I also explain this to my wife and She also knew about it. I am rather grateful to Hajjusa for letting us meet in the prayer hall of a five star hotel. I think we should never Judge the intention of other people (while only Allah knows the intention) rather Judge the people by action what we can witness. I believe what cause the problem is our laying down in the prayer hall which is designated to help facilitate prayer and religious lecture. Never the less, Hajjusa set a meeting with us in Madina to know our feelings and suggestions. I recommended them to provide hotel room for that night, and I visited their website lately and found that they are arranging two additional hotel nights in Macca before leaving for Madina.

Seventh, In Hajjusa website it was mentioned that "Saudi Ministry of Hajj" is responsible for all the transportation during the hajj and Hajjusa don't have any control over it. But this time Hajjusa is trying to have private Bus for the journey from Mecca to Madina.

Eighth, Saudi Ministry to Hajj assigns the Mina tents locations. We were located where other North American and European Hajj Groups were located and Hajjusa has no control over it.

Finally I would say considering the cost this is the best Hajj package in my judgment. And it is a rare opportunity to spend some time with a scholar like Br. Sheikh Adil during the Hajj. If you have any question pls. feel free to call me at 901-409-0637. May Allah give us all the opportunity to perform Hajj many more time, and give us the guidance so that we forgive each other's only for the pleasure of Allah and pray to Allah so that The almighty forgive us all and let us all meet in the Jannah.
