Instructions on how to register

Download form that says "Registration" at the bottom of this page
|

Download the "Terms and Condition" form at the bottom of this page.
|
|
3
|
Fill out, sign in the bottom of both forms and mail it to the mailing address seen at the bottom of this page.

|
Send money order or certified check for $1,000.00 along with the two forms.
|
|
5
|
Send copy of passport along with forms.
|
|
Instructions on how to apply for Visa's
|

Download two visa application form. See link at the bottom of this page.
|
|

|
Fill out one visa form completely and sign in the bottom. On the second visa form, do not fill anything, just sign in the bottom.
|
|
3
|
Mail in these two forms together with the necessary documents required (see below).

Required Documents for the Hajj
|
|

|
Valid passport for at least six (6) months from date of travel.
|
|
2
|
US re-entry permit/travel document or copy of Green Card for non-US citizens.
|
|
3
|
Four (4) passport-size pictures with white background.
|
|
4
|
Vaccination certificate for Meningitis (ACYW 135)
|
|
5
|
Copy of marriage certificate (for husband and wife).
|
|
6
|
Copy of birth certificate for each child (only if children are traveling and visa have to issued).
|
|
7
|
"No-objection letter" from Mahram for ladies above the age of 46 traveling alone (from husband/brother/father/son etc).
|
|
8
|
Muslims with non-Islamic names must submit proof of Shahadah from mosque or institution where Shahadah was taken.
|
|
9
|
Make out a certified bank check for the "balance of payment" with your name printed clearly in the Memo section.

Original documents must only be sent to us if we request it from you. Otherwise, please send copies of all documents. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS!!

Payment Instructions
The cost for the Hajj is a basic charge for airline tickets, hotel accommodations and all transportation in the Kingdom.
All payments must be in a form of a “Certified Bank Check” or "Money Order" made payable to:
“Hajjusa Of New York, Inc.”
All payments must be received in full, forty-five (45) days prior to departure date.
Any cancellation forty-five (45) days prior to departure date is non-refundable.
A fee of $300.00 must be added to your payment for Hajj Fees and Taxes. This ia a separate fee from the Hajj cost.
Our company will purchase the “Hajj Fee Voucher” for you. We will send that voucher to you when we return your passport with the visa. You must keep this voucher safely until you reach Saudi Arabia and the authorities will take it from you there upon your arrival. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST VOUCHERS!
A separate fee of $130.00 must be added to your payment for sacrifice.
So a total of $430.00 must be added as a separate payment to whatever is the Hajj Cost.
VISA ARRANGEMENTS IN THE USA IS FREE!

All document/s should be sent Federal Express, overnight package. Do not use US Postal Service.
MAKE SURE THAT A RETURN PREPAID FEDERAL EXPRESS ENVELOPE
IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE!
