Important Notes:-
1)- A visa will not be granted
to the following people:
a) A sister
under the age of 45 travelling without a mahram.
b) Anyone
outside of the USA
at the time for issuing visas.
This applies to both US Citizens and
Green Card holders.
c) A person who
does not have legal working status in the USA.
Visitor visas to the USA cannot not
get a Hajj Visa in the USA.
2)- Any infant or child who is
issued with a Hajj Visa is subjected to full package price. The only discount
given in this case is on the airline ticket which is usually 75% of the cost of
an adult ticket.
3)- Our group program starts
on or about the 1st of Dhul Hijjah. This is considered the “High
Season” for Hajj. As a result, our prices will reflect differently comparing to
other hajj providers. Our program is scheduled to avoid any sickness before or
during the Hajj. In most cases, hajjis get sick due to abnormal conditions so
by going in to the Hajj
about 6 days before the Hajj starts will help to avoid fatigue or
sickness.
4)- Choice of a special
airline will result in the individual traveling by themselves and not in the
group. In this case, assistance and direction will be given upon arrival at Jeddah
airport.
5)- Airline schedules are
subject to change without notice. Those people traveling in our group must be
able to be flexible by one or two days before and after the Hajj program.
6)- Hotels are rated according to Saudi Authorities. Comparison should not be made with hotel ratings in the USA.
7)- Change in Hajj dates by Saudi Authorities will affect "travel schedules" and hotel "check-in/check-out" programmes in Saudi Arabia. HAJJUSA will not be responsible for this adjustment. We advise the Hujaaj to be patient and cooperative if this situation arrises.
8)- During the Hajj days (Manasek) it is an Islamic requirement that the Hujaaj be in the tents
in Mena at certain periods. It is therefore not necessary to have rooms in the hotels in Makkah during that period.
9)- HAJJUSA does not provide
food in Mena, Arafat or Muzdalifah.
Tea, coffee and fruits are the only food provided by HAJJUSA during the
Hajj days.
10)- HAJJUSA is not responsible
for personal items such as medications and money. Medications must be carried on person during
traveling to various points of ritual. Money must be properly secured on person
during the whole program.
11)- Transportation from Mena
to Makkah for “Tawaaf – al– Ifaadah” is borne by Hujjaaj and NOT our company.
Cost is about 40SR each way.
12)- We provide spiritual guidance according to Quraan and Sunnah. Adjustments in other materialistic provisions such as government transportation may sometimes be out of our control.
13)- It is advisable for the Hujaaj to check the weather and make adjustments to their domestic flights if necessary prior to departure date. HAJJUSA will not be responsible for anyone missing their international flight.
14)- HAJJUSA is not responsible for documents lost in the mail or through any form of conveyance Fedex, Post Office, UPS etc (Either by sending or receiving).
15)- HAJJUSA does not have control over Saudi Authorities both in Saudi Arabia and the
Saudi Embassy in the USA. The process of issuing visas may vary and we ask our clients to be patient during the Hajj season. We always do our best to facilitate our clients.
